We are an independent agency who have specialised in recruiting for the House Building sector for many years. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with the expertise, drive and energy required to set up a Contracts desk within the Construction sector. Additionally, we will introduce you to our existing House Building client base where you will be responsible for developing all Contract requirements which is, at present, an untapped area with huge potential.
You’ll handle all aspects of the recruitment cycle including the maintenance of the existing client relationships, winning new business and managing candidates. As a specialist in the Construction sector, you will be up to date with legislative requirements, being meticulous when it comes to compliance, GDPR and reference checks.
This is an adult environment, so we are looking for someone with the maturity to manage their desk to achieve the revenue target whilst requiring minimum supervision. We will consider a Consultant who just wants to be a Consultant, someone with the ambition to build a successful team around them or perhaps you’re already in a position of responsibility.
We are interested in speaking to anyone who is keen to get out from under the corporate machine and just do what needs to be done. You’ll get the opportunity to pursue your own ideas and put them into practice, playing an integral role in growing the business. Suitable candidates will have a stable background in Construction recruitment and solid experience of running a Contracts/Temporaries desk with a proven track record of winning new business and achieving revenue targets.
We will offer a competitive package to secure the right candidate which will be negotiable based on current remuneration. Being privately owned gives us the ability to keep an open mind and consider many different options and working arrangements.
