Our client is a successful residential property company with a long-term investment strategy to provide affordable housing across the UK and is in contract with a number of national and regional Housebuilders to deliver affordable housing across the country.

Having already acquired over 900 shared ownership affordable housing properties, they are contracted to deliver 1,000's of shared ownership homes over the next 5 years. Our client seeks an additional, experienced, Sales Progressor to join the team to progress reservations through to exchange and legal completion.

You’ll provide a superior level of service, ensuring smooth progress of all sales from reservation through to legal completion liaising closely with solicitors, sales consultants and customers and stakeholders.

Most probably from a new homes/housebuilding background, you are a team player with a dedicated attention to detail, effective communication and administration skills and work well under pressure.

Hours: Monday to Thursday – 9:00am to 6:00pm / Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
